Job Duties / Accountabilities:

o As the first point of contact with our customers, you will be required to ensure first call resolution. You will have full ownership of ensuring customers' requests are solved in a timely manner.

o You will be required to perform data analysis of customer’s current service utilization so you can present and sell additional services and special offers that provide an enhanced solution to the one they currently have.

o You will be required to maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including evolving technology trends in the relevant Products and Services portfolio you are promoting and servicing. This is done on both a company-initiated basis and a self-initiated basis.

o You will be required to satisfy business needs of both existing and new customers, by repeatedly accessing and making use of informational tools and system that will enable you to provide the most beneficial solution.

Essential Skills /Competencies:

o MS Word, Excel, basic level

o The ability to build excellent customer relationships over the telephone

o Strong written and verbal communications skills so you can express clear ideas to the customer

o Must have both attentive and active listening skills

o The ability to multi-task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer our customers while entering data

Preferred Skills:

o Previous experience working within a call center environment

o Knowledge of telecommunications business products or markets

o Strong understanding of Internet technology
