Our Associates are accountable to manage customer experience. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will be required to take on full ownership of ensuring customers requests are solved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be required to perform data analysis of customer’s current service utilization so you can present and sell additional products and services. You will customize enhanced solutions to their every day business needs.

You will be required to maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including evolving technology trends in the relevant Products and Services portfolio you are promoting and servicing. This is done on both a company-initiated basis and a self-initiated basis.

You will be required to satisfy business needs of both existing and new customers, by repeatedly accessing and making use of informational tools and system that will enable you to provide the most beneficial solution.

You must be able to multi task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer our customers while entering data into our applications. We therefore require you to have strong computer and keyboarding skills; knowledge of Windows NT/XP and Microsoft products.

We also expect you to have graduated high-school at a minimum and if you possess training or certification within the hospitality or telecommunications field it is always an asset.
